  Hands of Hope offers research based, clinically proven, safe and effective
therapy for children with PTSD, ADHD, anxiety, depression, sleep disorder
and other disabling conditions.  Hands of Hope also provides training for
parents, therapists, teachers and children.

 Inspired by research conducted at Touch Research
Institute, Bruce Cote developed a practice that provides
safe, effective therapy for children and adolescents who
struggle with emotionally disabling conditions. His
integrative approach has proven to be a key component to
healing a nd recovery children, adolescents and families
engaged in traditional therapy.
 Bruce is a licensed massage therapist, certified K-8
Classroom Teacher, Polarity Practitioner, Yoga Ed.
Instructor and Reiki Master.  He received specialized
training in Touch and Massage for Children with Special
Needs, Preterm and Infant Massage and Therapeutic Crisis
Intervention.  
 Bruce graduated from Granite State College with a degree
in Elementary Education and studied at Polarity Realization
Institute, Muscular Therapy Institute and Touch Research
Institute at the University of Miami School of Medicine.  
 Counseling Services Incorporated contracts Bruce to
provide complementary therapy for their child and
adolescent clients. He served as the Sanford YMCA Titan's
swim team massage therapist for five years and runs
workshops for children, parents, therapists, and educators.
 Bruce Cote has studied and practiced various forms of
holistic therapy since 2000 and has been working with
children for over thirty years.
